Hi all I'm Albertacowboy. As you might have guessed by the name, I am in Alberta, Canada. I am a chef by trade and not a really much of a cowboy, although I can ride a horse. You're most likely to see me posting news and political commentary on events in North America, and in science and nature forum. Once in a while I'll even drop some menu hints.

On the side I'm also a proud grandfather of 4.
